Posted by Ramzi on October 10, 2008 #54315 Some time during the mid 1950's I walked from Nablus with my grandmother, Um Nageeb, her husband's cousin, Hassan Al Hadidi with a donkey laden with merchandise to stock a seasonal store in Beit Dajan. Hassan's siter was Amneh and her husband was Hamadon. It was an exciting time for me. We could see Beit Foureek on the other hill in the distance. It was a beautiful little village. Everyone welcomed me as a young boy. My grandmother was the wife of Rajab Kanaan. God I miss that beautiful country. The scents of that land is still in my nostrils after over 5 decades.My greetings to the people of Beit Dajan.
